I'm done, Congratulate me! LOL
Yeah!... Yup!
I'm finally done, yesterday was day 10 and I'm glad I finished. For those who don't know I have been on a ten day fast and thats why I was counting the days. It was a lemonade fast called the "Master Cleanse". It was cool and tough at the same time. I kept thinking about Murphy's Law as I went through the fast lol, but you know what not much at all went wrong or was unexpected. To those who want to know why I did it first of all it wasn't to lose weight. I did the fast because I wanted to know if I had the will power and determination to do a ten day fast. It was a test of my mind and my strength also for body maintenance I have lived for 24 years and I had never gone a day without food being in my stomach and intestines so I figured its a good time to clean the pipes. So I'm done, this is a VERY BIG thing for me. I am very proud of myself and I think I am stronger for this. I'm congratulating myself but there is still so much to do son! Y'all have a nice weekend.
-peace out
Oh yeah, no one I know has dealt with Murphy's law like this guy lol

Is you saying something?
Kanye West's new video for "Can't Tell Me Nothing" starring Zach Galifianakis and Will Oldham...in case you haven't seen it yet.
Day 8/9
I guess I'm kinda behind huh? Well anyway things must go on. Last night I had a chance to meet Mos Def at the Buddha Lounge and that was cool. I had some shirts to give him but he didnt have anything to carry them in so he told me to mail them to him. Fair enough I will do so. I just hope he didn't give me a fake ass email address, if so someone is gonna get some free as Ends Wealth and Highlyflvrd shirts. Haha. Well the day after which was Wednesday, today I guess you can say although it is technically yesterday I got some work done. I actually went and shopped the line to A.Okay this new shop in Chicago right on Clark and a few blocks north of Belmont. Its a dope little spot. Anyway they are digging the shit as I expected so I want to get these shirts done asap so we can start giving these people what they want. Lastly I went to Sushi Samba and danced today. that was dope, but I really need to just sit down and get this design thing mastered. that's what I really wanna do.

Day 6
Another day I was kinda low energy again today. When is this gonna pic up? Anyway I made my way down to leaders in Wicker Park to talk about getting some shirts in the store. They're cool about it but they wanna do consignment. I don't really like consignment cause we gotta wait a while for the money to come through. Whatever, get it how it comes. After that I went to my friend and crew member Chris' hip hop class at Old Town School of Folk Music and it was dope. I really didn't get anything but the Cool Kids x Fresh & Proper x Ends Wealth shirt done today. The end of my day brings me back home sipping on some lemonade. Ahhhhhh.... I gotta get my head out of the clouds.

Updates day 5
Yo this is day six and I feel well but I didn't tell y'all about day 5 and I have pics. So I woke up and I had to head to leaders to go to their 50% off blow out sale. I took the green line cause I didn't feel like hopping on the bus cause I'm running late. I almost there and I'm thinking surely this line aint gonna be as bad as it was the last time leaders had 50% off in the store and sure enough it was worse than last time. Whatever I wait in line only to find that there was nothing I wanted from inside, oh well. So I head back north cause my friend lisa and I have these tickets to this concert that zune is throwing in Union Park called Live at the BBQ. So we call ourselves getting there early to have a good spot and we arrive right before 3. Now the concert is from 3 til 10 and it was a hot ass day that day. What a foolish move cause we sat there and roasted in front of the stage with the sun to our backs like slaves but...I was a good show. And now what you have been waiting for...The pics.

Lisa chillin with her cool shades on.

Lil' Brother

Mighty Mos. Women love the hell out of this guy. I wanna be famous.
Yea that's pure man...
Hey sirs and madames...what do you guys think of this ad? It's a Sisley clothing ad, known for their "racy" ads. But do you think that this is taking it too far? If you can't tell, the models are pretending to snort from a a white spaghetti strap dress which is supposed to represent a huge pile of cocaine. The model on the left's nipple is showing and the one on the right looks like she could be about to OD to me...Advertisement for clothing??? Hmmm...I don't think so.

One more thing...
I forgot to tell you...the book I'm reading is "Chasing Cool: Standing Out in Today's Cluttered Marketplace" ...it's a great idea to get and read this book if you're trying to market any type of product.
That'll be five bux...
So it's Sunday morning...I awakened around 9 and picked up a book and starting reading while eating kettle corn for breakfast. Not very healthy I know, but it's good...kinda sweet...kinda salty...
I'm so tired all day yesterday I was in a Dorney Park, an amusement and water park in Allentown, PA. I went with people from work who love things like that...I got on 4 water rides and that was it. It's amazing how many people pay to be scared and thrilled half out of their minds....hence allowing them to think it's ok to spend $4.25 on a bottle of water. Find the irony in that...a $5 bottle of water in a water park. It's sad really. There are countries in this world where there's no running water or their water isn't clean enough to drink and here we are splashing around in it for fun...as we whiz down and water slide...and charging outrageous prices for a .5L bottle.
I sat amazed as I watched a two employees of the theme park get people invovled in their carnival-like game of guessing. The two guys lured people in by telling them for $5 they would try to guess their age within 2 yrs...their weight within 2 lbs, or their birthday within 2 months. And if the conductor of the game was wrong the player would win a prize of his choice. Everyone who came up to play this game left with a prize, but then I realized that was the point. It really didn't matter if they lose because the game is $5 point-blank, period. There was aleast 10 people standing around this game thru out the whole time. And the two guys would be way off with guessing...just to trick these people into thinking they were winning something...but they were actually just paying $5 for a lowsy stuffed animal that prolly on cost a couple pennies to make.
Everyone rememeber Darrin's Dance Grooves...?? He was supposedly a huge celebrity dance
cheographer and if you didn't know how to dance he was there to save you the embarrassment and teach you how to pop and lock your way to popularity with his instructional video. Now he's in movies and most recently played in Stomp the Yard...(which I totally forgot about til right now). Well anyway, he was in the park yesterday too, with his wife and two kids...he's wife is also an actress...Evelyn Henson. I did not speak, I did not inquire about his career...or his celebrity because, ok yea...it was cool seeing him and being one of the few who recognize him, but I didn't really care. I would much rather be the person that allows him to just have fun with his family, he was buying his kids ice cream...he was really sweet with them. They woman in frotn of me did ask the obvious question..."Aren't you the dance grooves guy?" and he gave her a rather distreet nod and focused his attention back to his kids. I'm sure he was thinking..."...I did that about 6 years ago damn I've been in much more now" My thing is celebrities are people two and they don't need to be bothered with our weak interviews...I would much rather ask questions that i'm really interested in knowing...actually be able to sit down with them and chat...I don't know that's just me..

Things are cool so far, I'm changing a bit but nothing to be worried about. But this is some funny stuff here. Phillipino inmates do the Thriller dance in the yard. you gotta see this.

Day Three
Wow. Today was interesting. I went to the apple store to work on stuff for hello george. Afterward I met my friend Lisa and we chilled. She ate a half a hot dog today after not eating meat for some time now and got kinda sick. Anyway today was cool. and I found this clip from ted.com about the brain and how intellegence works. take a look. deuce.
Day one
Day one wasn't bad. I handled it well actually I was a little hungry and my stomach was hurting.
Today was cool I'm working with Hello George on some photo production for their vacation source client and that is going pretty good. Chris came over and dropped off my headspin beanie so I can practice my spins without using the wrong material hat.
I went to practice today to mess around. kennan, monty, and jon was there and we chilled for a bit and talked about business. on to Day three. See you at the finish line.
P.S. Shana! where are your posts. You are horrible at this job.

A Few of my favorite things
I just wanted to post a few of my favorite things right now. Nothing special or informative about this post so here we go.
Free Style Scraps 01: Silhouettes

Yes now this is a book I received in the mail Wednesday and I do not regret my purchase for one second. This book has beautiful silhouettes of everything from vehicles for transportation to garden utensils, one such as myself can only appreciate that when designing and illustrating all day long.
My Guitar

My pops bought me a Guitar about a month ago and I am now just starting to get familiar with the use of the instrument doing small exercises and practicing chords. I'm going to be amazing at this in about a year. I have definitely awaken in the morning just to be able to practice. Price and Hendrix, I'm coming for y'all spots
The Leaders x Posh Pistols x Ends Wealth screen

I'm so happy how this turned out. I did this in like a day and I didn't even know if I could have it made on time but ta da we did that. Nigo I'm coming for your spot.

all we need is luv!
hey there buds and budlites...lol...it's shana! yea I know...i'm finally blogging. well hey so how many of you have seen the movie "me and you and everyone we know"? if you've seen it then you know how great it is, if not...then get familiar.
miranda july is the writer and director of this movie and also plays a woman named christine jespersen. all thru out the movie christine is trying to get her performance art into a museum and she uses her art to pull people in closer to her.
in real everyday life...miranda july is an artist who's multi-media performances have been on the venue of quite a few museums in the country. She and another artist Harrell Flecther have started a website learningtoloveyoumore.com. I love this site...
"Learning to Love You More is both a web site and series of non-web presentations comprised of work made by the general public in response to assignments.Participants accept an assignment, complete it by following the simple but specific instructions, send in the required report (photograph, text, video, etc), and see their work posted on-line. Like a recipe, meditation practice, or familiar song, the prescriptive nature of these assignments is intended to guide people towards their own experience.Since Learning To Love You More is also an ever-changing series of exhibitions, screenings and radio broadcasts presented all over the world, participant's documentation is also their submission for possible inclusion in one of these presentations."Sunday, July 01, 2007
